Porter says:
I've played a lot. I've played a lot of different venues. Different crowds. I've learned you can't please them all. And then I've pleased them all. I've played with some amazing performers, both amatuer and professionals and have been equally dismayed and wowed by both.

The stuff that matters is those few moments few and far between when you connect with someone on the dance floor through a song or a beat that blows their mind and opens their ears and rocks their body. Or when you hit the right pace of an event and it turns from a mere club, party or celebration of a holiday or a wedding into "one of my favorites nights ever."

And you can't put that in a bio page. So go out and dance, and then you'll see what I mean.
